Is this your first time using our after-school care services (BKO)? Then you must first register via this form. Please note: this form is not for booking specific days.

👉 Do you want to register more than one child? Please fill out a separate form for each child.

👉 Are you already a customer but want to add another child to the portal? Then you must also complete a new form for that child.

👉 Does your child have separated parents? If both parents wish to use the care services, we ask that each parent completes a separate form for each child. This allows us to provide split invoicing and separate tax certificates. Each parent will then receive their own file.

👉 Please make sure to select the correct location when registering. A badge will be created based on your chosen location.
